Press Releases Food

This festive flavour is available in select retailers nationwide for a limited time

TORONTO, Nov. 12, 2018 /CNW/ – Halo Top Creamery’s brand new seasonal flavour, Gingerbread House, is now available in Canada for a limited time this holiday season. Loaded with ginger cookie bites and rich swirls of icing, Halo Top Creamery’s delicious new addition is the perfect holiday treat for fans craving a seasonal indulgence that they can actually feel good about eating. Shoppers can get their hands on this new flavour at select Loblaw banners, select Sobeys banners, Metro Ontario, and other select retailers beginning mid-November.

Gingerbread House hits retailers shortly after the introduction of Pumpkin Pie, Halo Top Creamery’s very first seasonal flavour offering in Canada. With only 100 calories and eight grams of sugar per serving, this festive new flavour is the perfect treat for the holiday season. However, this delicious holiday pint will only be available through the end of December so get it while you can!

“After the success of Pumpkin Pie earlier this year, we’re really excited to launch a new seasonal flavor to Canada,” said Doug Bouton, President & COO of Halo Top Creamery. “Gingerbread House is a fun and unique flavor for the holiday season, and we think our Canadian fans will really enjoy it!”

Gingerbread House is the latest addition to the irresistible collection of 16 dairy and non-dairy Halo TopTM flavour offerings in Canada, including fan favourites like Mint Chip, Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough and Birthday Cake. Each serving of Halo Top (about four servings per pint) has 80-100 calories and 6-8 grams of sugar.

Just in time for the holiday season, Canadians can head over to the freezer section of select Loblaw banners, select Sobeys banners, Metro Ontario, and other select retailers to get the first taste.
